1. Who we are

This website (drshaifali.com) is owned and operated by Dr. Shafali Dadhich Tungaria, a registered medical practitioner based at Shri Krishna Hospital, Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. References to "we", "us", "our" mean Dr. Shafali Dadhich Tungaria. References to "you", "your" mean the visitor or buyer.

2. What you're paying for

We offer the following digital products and services:

• Free Breastfeeding Kit — a free PDF guide delivered by email.
• Live Workshops — paid live sessions on Google Meet with a 7-day replay window.
• Pregnancy Course — a paid pre-recorded video course with PDF resources and a buyer-only community.
• Tele-Consultations — paid 1-on-1 video calls with Dr. Shafali, subject to availability and her confirmation.
• IG Community Subscription — a monthly subscription billed by Instagram (we do not bill you directly for the IG subscription; Meta does).

3. Educational content, not medical care

Everything we publish — videos, PDFs, live sessions, community replies — is educational content. It is not a substitute for a personal in-clinic consultation, examination, diagnosis, or prescription. If you have a medical concern, please see a qualified doctor in person. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital immediately.

Tele-consults are guidance calls only. Dr. Shafali may decline to issue prescriptions or make diagnoses on a tele call without prior records or in-person examination.

4. Booking and payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay (a licensed Payment Aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India). We do not see, store, or process your card or banking details — that data sits with Razorpay and the issuing bank.

For tele-consults, your slot is reserved only after Dr. Shafali confirms her availability and you complete payment via the Razorpay link sent to you.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Our refund policy is published at drshaifali.com/refund-policy.html and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6. Your account and conduct

You agree to use accurate contact details. You agree not to share live workshop links, course videos, or community content with non-buyers. Doing so may result in your access being revoked without refund.

You agree not to record, screenshot, or redistribute Dr. Shafali's content without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, videos, PDFs, course material) is the intellectual property of Dr. Shafali Dadhich Tungaria, protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use what you buy.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy at drshaifali.com/privacy.html.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bikaner, Rajasthan.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated by email to active buyers.
