Privacy Policy

1. The short version

We collect the minimum personal information needed to deliver what you signed up for. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers we need to run this site (Razorpay for payments, Resend for email, Cloudflare for hosting, Twilio for SMS, Google Analytics for traffic). You can ask us to delete your data anytime.

2. What we collect

• Name & email — when you download the Free Kit, sign up for the workshop, course, or community, or book a tele-consult.
• Phone number — only when you book a tele-consult, so we can SMS the slot confirmation and Razorpay payment link.
• Pregnancy stage — optional, when you fill the kit form, so we can tailor the email content. You can leave it blank.
• Payment details — these go directly to Razorpay. We never see card numbers, UPI handles, or bank details.
• Cookies & analytics — Google Analytics with IP anonymisation, so we can see which pages get visited. No personal profile is built.

3. Why we collect it

• To deliver the product or service you bought (kit PDF, workshop link, course access, slot booking).
• To send you transactional follow-ups (24h and 1h workshop reminders, slot confirmations, payment receipts).
• To respond when you reply to our emails or message our chatbot.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations under Indian law.

4. Who we share it with

We use the following processors to run this service. Each receives only the data needed to do their job:

• Razorpay — to process your payment. They are RBI-licensed and PCI-DSS compliant.
• Resend — to send you transactional emails (kit, receipts, reminders).
• Cloudflare — to host this site and run our backend.
• Twilio — to send SMS / WhatsApp for tele-consult confirmations.
• Google Analytics — for anonymised traffic statistics.
• Meta / Instagram — only if you subscribe to the IG Community. Meta is the data controller for that subscription.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with marketers, advertisers, or third parties beyond the list above.

5. How long we keep it

We retain your data for as long as needed to deliver our service plus 7 years after, to satisfy Indian tax law (Income Tax Act & GST). You can request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements)
• Withdraw your consent (which means we'll stop sending you emails)

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) on the site and on all data in transit. Sensitive credentials (API keys, payment processor secrets) are stored as encrypted secrets in Cloudflare Workers. Even so, no online service is 100% secure — please use a strong password on your email account, since that's where your kit, course access and receipts arrive.

8. Children

This site is for women aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, write to us and we'll delete it.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: one to remember your language preference (Hindi vs English), and Google Analytics cookies for traffic statistics. We don't run advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. You can clear cookies anytime in your browser settings.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email to active buyers.
