Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital products only
Everything we sell is digital. We do not ship any physical product, so no postage, courier, customs or shipping charges apply. Delivery happens electronically by email and on this website.
Delivery times
- Free Breastfeeding Kit — delivered as a PDF link to your email within 2 minutes of submitting the form. If you don't see it, check Promotions or Spam.
- Workshop seat — confirmation email sent immediately on payment. The Google Meet link is sent to the same email 24 hours and 1 hour before the live session, and again at the start.
- Pregnancy Course — access is granted instantly on payment. You'll receive a login link and the 5 bonus PDFs by email within 5 minutes.
- Tele-Consult — once Dr. Shafali confirms availability and you complete payment, the Google Meet link arrives by SMS and email at least 30 minutes before your slot.
- IG Community — access is granted by Instagram immediately after your subscription starts.
If something doesn't arrive
If a delivery email doesn't reach you within 30 minutes of purchase:
- Check your Promotions tab and Spam folder.
- Add drshaifali.work@gmail.com and drshaifali.work@gmail.com to your contacts.
- Write to drshaifali.work@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We'll resend within 24 hours.
International access
All our digital products are accessible from anywhere in the world with internet. Pricing is shown in INR. International cards are accepted via Razorpay; your bank will convert at its prevailing rate.
